Prices may change at any time due to market conditions or promotions. Tawraa strives for accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or product images may occur. 3. Orders & Payments Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online or Cash on Delivery). Tawraa reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Tawraa is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information. 4. Delivery Delivery timelines vary depending on location, product type, and availability. Standard delivery time within Dhaka: 48 Hours, Outside Dhaka: 72 Hours. Delivery charges may apply, which will be shown before checkout. 5. Returns & Refunds Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery if: The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Certain items (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, undergarments, cosmetics) are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. 6.
